• Digital Membership: Platform access is granted strictly on a subscription membership basis. Account activation and access delivery occur immediately upon payment processing and successful compliance verification.

• Accreditation: Access is restricted to verified participants and accredited institutional representatives.

2. Subscription, Auto-Renewal & Payment Terms

• Billing & Auto-Renewal: Membership fees are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected at checkout). Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle unless explicitly canceled prior to the renewal date.

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription auto-renewal at any time through your user account settings or by contacting support@privatemarketterminal.com. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not grant retroactive refunds.

• Refund Policy: Due to the immediate delivery of digital intelligence and software access, all membership fees are final and non-refundable.

• Payment Security: Payments are processed via PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways. Raari L.L.C FZ does not store or hold full credit card information on its servers.

• Value Added Tax (VAT): All platform fees are subject to UAE Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing statutory rate (5%), where applicable under UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations.

3. Cookies

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes, actions, or legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Courts of Dubai, UAE.
